Leche Flan or Caramel Custard with Fruit Cocktails

This dessert is one of the favourites in the Philippines especially on special occassions. It's also known as Caramel Custard in Europe. Very easy to make and has rich flavour that easily melts into your mouth. In this recipe I added fruit cocktails to make it even more interesting. Enjoy !
